Refund policy

As stated in the individual listings, our earrings shouldn't be worn while swimming, in the shower or while sleeping.

If you follow our guidelines, and somehow your earrings still break, please do not hesitate in contacting us at edenskyedesign@gmail.com
We stand by the quality of our earrings and will repair any damage which has occurred due to workmanship. If your earrings cannot be repaired, we are happy to replace them or offer you a full refund.

Due to the nature of earrings, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for change of mind. 

Once your refund has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
